If you like hiking, cycling, mountain biking and nature?
Then Elmstein is the ideal place.
There are several castles, cliffs and a natural pool
in the wooded area.
The German Winestreet (Deutsche Weinstrasse) is less
than 20 minutes away, where every village has its own
wine festival..
Within walking distance you will find a bakery, butcher,
mini- supermarket and several restaurants. Larger
supermarkets are 15 minutes away in Lambrecht.
At the local tourist office you can get information
on current activities and attractions. The "Kuckucksbähnel"
(local steamtrain) travels especially during the peak
season between Neustadt and Elmstein.
